Spirit Week culminated today with all our campers in their Spirit shirts singing their hearts out. Each group had an opportunity to sing their group Spirit Song in front of all of camp. Campers and counselors were riveted as each group performed.
All week long, groups could be heard all over camp, cheering and chanting as they moved from one activity to the next. Our campers always enjoy Spirit Week. They design and decorate their group shirts and look forward to competing at the end of the week.
This year, all the groups were fantastic. In the end, two groups were chosen as the over all winners, with two other groups as runners up. The M & M’s were declared the winners in Junior Camp. The Lucky Charms won in Upper Camp. The Rock Stars and the Mad Dogs were close runners up. All our campers poured their hearts out and performed beautifully. Four groups, the two winning groups and the two runners up, enjoyed an ice cream party at Dairy Queen. Honorable mention goes to Glitter Ninjas for a phenomenal performance today.
