Stonybrook
Day Camp held Rookie Day 2012 today, and it was definitely a taste of camp that
left everyone wanting more!
As
previously advertised, Rookie Day is designed for future campers, (ages 3, 4,
and 5) who are not yet at Stonybrook, to get to know a bit more about the camp
experience. They take a journey
through a mini-typical day at Stonybrook and they get to experience some of the
fun that camp has to offer.
And today did not disappoint. We had lots of excited kids arrive for Rookie Day and we
broke up into 2 groups. Kids
enjoyed jumping pillow, sports with Jim, Super Science, Arts & Crafts and
snack time. Everyone left with
their bucket art project and their smiles said it all. What a great day! We hope to see you all at Stonybrook
Day Camp 2013!
