Today
was a great day at Stonybrook Day Camp!
It was our 2012 Stonybrook Day Camp Open House and our staff was ready
to meet and greet with their campers.
We saw lots of happy faces as campers high-fived and hugged old and new
camp friends.
Campers checked out
their group cubbies and enjoyed special welcome gifts, which tied into their
group names, from their counselors.
And in typical Stonybrook style our counselors got very creative. For example, the Mustangs revved their
engines with some matchbox cars and the groovy girls showed their love with
peace sign necklaces.
Everyone enjoyed beautiful weather and families took
advantage of our camp facilities.
Our camp nurse was busy making sure forms were filled out and all
medication instructions were clear.
Roger and the leadership team were on hand to welcome everyone and
answer any questions about the camp season. And please feel free to continue open lines of communication
with us as camp gets underway.
Bring it on- Summer 2012, we are ready.
